Garlic (lat. Allium sativum L., family Liliaceae; in some regions also known as garlic) is known for millennia as a universal spice, but also one of the most commonly used natural remedies. This is a perennial plant with a height of 35 - 90 cm. The stem is erect, and in the lower half it bears long, linear leaves. At the top of the stem develops a round inflorescence, composed of a small number of flowers and 20 to 35 breeding buds.
